Our Office Bearers training session covers the roles and responsibilities of office bearers and committee members, while also offering an excellent opportunity to meet and network with representatives from other TRAs. The session includes interactive discussions and group activities, allowing participants to share experiences, learn how other associations organise and run their meetings, and exchange useful ideas and good practice. Members are encouraged to attend and take advantage of this valuable learning opportunity.

The purpose of the FFOTRA Roadshow is to engage directly with local residents across Fife, providing opportunities to:

• Meet and speak with FFOTRA staff and Board Members in person.
• Access advice, information, and support on housing and community-related matters.
• Share views, concerns, and suggestions about issues affecting local communities.
• Strengthen communication between FFOTRA and tenants and residents.
• Gather feedback through questionnaires to help inform FFOTRA's work and priorities.
• Encourage community involvement and ensure residents' voices are heard.
